Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, it needs to be returned within 14 days from receiving the package. It is important that you fill out the return slip and place it in the package before sending it back. If you wish for the money back within 14 days, and the item meets all requirements, the money will be returned to the same account the order was paid with. The money can only be paid out to the person who placed the order. You will not receive the shipping back. We recommend you buy your shipping through package labels on our website to ensure the package is delivered safely and quickly. As a customer, you pay for the shipping required to send packages back to us. You may receive the value of the item back, but not the shipping costs. The product has to be in its original condition to receive your money. Read more about the item’s condition further down.
If you wish to exchange your item, you pay for both the shipping back to us, and for the new exchanged item back to you. A return slip needs to be filled out and you need to send an email to email@example.com where we will send you a shipping label.
How to return or exchange items
Print and fill out the return slip. Find the return slip and buy shipping through a link at the bottom of our website. Put the return slip in the package - remember that the packaging and tag needs to be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. We only accept packages sent directly to our listed address below. Items sent to PO boxes or post offices will not be processed. Keep in mind, it can take up to 7 days to deliver a package, depending on what shipping company you use.
Print and fill out the return slip, send us an email about your exchange with an order number, and we will send you a shipping label.

If you are sending a package from outside the EU, it is important that you include our vat number, on the outside of your package and mark it as a return item. Otherwise, the package will be imposed by tolls and be returned to you by Danish customs.
ATTENTION: We do not pick up items at post offices or PO boxes. Everything should be delivered to our address. we do not offer pickup service from DAO, BRING etc - drop-off points.

Condition of Item
You may try on the item, just as you would in a store. You are liable for any damage caused to the product. To receive the item’s full amount, it needs to be in its original condition where the packaging and tags are not damaged or removed. If the item is not in its original condition the money can not be returned.
The item may not:
- Have been used, only tried on as if in a store
- Smell of sweat, detergent, smoke, etc.
- Have the tag removed or destroyed
- Have cat/dog hairs or other animal hairs
- Have holes or other wear that proves the item has been used
